Henry Gao
Henry Gao is a Professor of Law at Singapore Management University (SMU) and Dongfang Scholar Chair Professor at Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. His research focuses on WTO, International Trade Law, Chinese Law and Law and Economics. He is also a member of SMU’s Centre for AI and Data Governance and a Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation. With law degrees from three continents, Prof Gao has been a trade advisor to many national governments, the UN, World Bank, World Trade Organisation, Asian Development Bank, APEC and ASEAN.
