Chen Siyuan
Chen Siyuan is an Associate Professor of Law; Associate Dean (Student and Alumni Affairs); and Chairperson of SMU Faculty Mooting Committee. His research focuses on Appellate Advocacy Skills (Moot Court), Family Law, Criminal Law, Evidence Law and Civil Procedure. He is the lead author of several textbooks, including The Law of Evidence in Singapore, and his works are regularly cited by the courts.

Different systems have different rules, different existing route traffic groups, and the consensus seems to be that the rules probably need to be changed. It's not as simple as just tweaking around the edges and hoping that everything will take care of itself.
